UPS Ground Shipping rates to US addresses:

$100 or less: $ 8.50
$100.01 to $250: $12.50
$250.01 to $499.99: $17.50
$500 and up: free

Expedited shipping is not available.
Shipment can only be made to US addresses.

Returns/refunds:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Some items cannot be returned, while others will incur a restocking fee. Please contact us for assistance.

Timeframes:

Inventory items, such as syringes, applicators, and blank tags are usually shipped the next business day. For custom ear tag orders, please allow 5 business days for your order to be ready to ship.
