Timeframes:

Inventory items: Orders that only include inventory items (tag applicators, marking pens, blank visual tags, electronic ID tags, EID readers) ship the next business day.

Custom ear tags: Orders are ready to ship in 5 business days.

Logo setup: If a logo is being setup for the first time, you will receive an email proof of your logo in 5 business days. Once you approve the logo, allow 5 business days for your tags to be ready to ship.

If your order includes a combination of inventory items and custom ear tags, the order will ship in 5 business days.

UPS Ground Shipping rates to US addresses:

$100 or less: $ 12.95
$100.01 to $500: $16.95
$500.01 and up: $22.95

Shipment can only be made to US addresses. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is more.

Expedited Shipping (from Dallas/Ft Worth, Texas):

Expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select) is only available for orders greater than $500. Please call us for assistance with expedited shipping needs.

Returns/refunds:

Some items cannot be returned/are not refundable, while others will incur a restocking fee. Please contact us for assistance, as an RMA number is required for returns to be accepted.
