A logo setup fee of $35 applies if this is the first time Allflex has printed this logo for you; there is no additional charge if your logo image is already on file.

Management code area is limited to 5 characters. Indicate a range or specific codes to print in the Management codes/range box above, or indicate if do not want any codes printed on the tags.

Each line of text is limited to 20 characters.
