USDA (840) Tamperproof Large size 3" high x 2 1/4" widewith Global large male visual tag. Management code of your choosing, EID number (same as EID number on EID tag) and US shield printed on front of visual tag. Layout 1. EID Half Duplex tags.

Management code area is limited to 5 characters. Indicate a range or specific codes to print in the Management codes/range box above, or indicate if do not want any codes printed on the tags.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
