Includes tissue sample unit, Maxi visual tag (4" high x 3" wide) with management code and your logo printed on the tag along with the EID number. Button back (included) has the EID number and also the management code. Includes USDA HDX EID tag. The management code area is limited to 5 characters.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

Note that management code length is limited to 5 characters. Click to upload a spreadsheet containing your management codes or tag numbers

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.

New logo: Upload an image - a photo/drawing, whatever you have! The image will be digitized and a proof will be sent via email before it's printed on the tags.
