nextGen Tissue Sample Unit with HDX (Half Duplex) USDA EID tag. Includes EID button back. EID number printed on front of EID tag and also on button back of EID tag. TSU sample can include a custom management code up to 10 characters.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

AĀ USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.Ā  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.Ā Ā If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your stateā€™s Animal Health Commission.

PremisesĀ ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
