USDA (840) Global Tamperproof Large Female visual tag. EID number (same as on EID tag) printed on tag along with your own management code. US shield printed on front. Global extended small male back button included. Full duplex EID tag.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
