USDA (840) Tamperproof Maxi Female visual tag, size 4" high x 3" wide. Management code and line of text of your choosing and last 12 digits of EID number printed on front. Mgmt code printed on large male tag. Includes HDX EID tag.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
