Management code of your choosing and EID number (same as number of EID tag), and logo printed on Super Maxi tag (not Tamperproof), size 4 5/8" high x 3" wide. Management code also printed on Global Large Male tag which also serves as button back. Half duplex EID tag with mgmt code printed on EID button back.

New logo: Upload a black & white digital image. The image must be a png or jpg file. Images cannot be hand-drawn. A proof will be sent via email before it's printed on the tags.

New logo setups & reorders require a minimum of 50 tags per SKU & color ordered.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
