USDA (840) Tamperproof Maxi Female visual tag, size 4" high x 3" wide. Management code and line of text of your choosing, plus the EID number (same EID number printed on EID tag) printed on the front. A duplicate set of tags (2 total Maxi tags). 7 pieces total, two global small male buttons, two Maxi tags, one TSU and one EID with button.

Management code area is limited to 5 characters. Indicate a range or specific codes to print in the Management codes/range box above, or indicate if do not want any codes printed on the tags.  Line of Text is limited to 20 characters.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
