USDA Super Maxi tag (not tamperproof) Size 4 5/8" high x 3" wide., button back is included. A line of text on the front and management code of your choosing printed on both sides, and EID number (same as EID number on EID tag) printed on back. Half duplex EID tag.

Management code area is limited to 5 characters. Indicate a range or specific codes to print in the Management codes/range box above, or indicate if do not want any codes printed on the tags.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
