USDA Super Maxi tag (not tamperproof) Size 4 5/8" high x 3" wide., button back is included. A logo, line of text on the front and the last 4 digits of the matched EID as the management code on both sides. The EID number (same as EID number on EID tag) printed on button back. Full duplex EID tag.

Line of text is limited to 20 characters.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.

New logo: Upload a black & white digital image. The image must be a png or jpg file. Images cannot be hand-drawn. A proof will be sent via email before it's printed on the tags.

New logo setups & reorders require a minimum of 50 tags per SKU & color ordered.
