USDA (840) ATAG tag, size 3" wide x 4.5" high. Management code of your choosing printed on front of ATAG along with EID number (same as on EID tag). Button backs included. Half duplex EID tag.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
