USDA (840) Tamperproof Maxi Female visual tag, size 4" high x 3" wide. Management code of your choosing and EID number (same EID number printed on EID tag) printed on front. Management code also printed on large male tag. HDX EID tag.

Management code area is limited to 5 characters. Indicate a range or specific codes to print in the Management codes/range box above, or indicate if do not want any codes printed on the tags.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
