USDA 840 HDX All in One tag. HDX (Half Duplex) EID tag - white, affixed to white Maxi visual tag. USDA 840 EID number printed on EID tag and on visual tag. Your logo and management code/number, up to 5 characters, are printed on visual tag.Includes white extended button back.

Note: This tag is only available in White.

New logo: Upload a black & white digital image. The image must be a png or jpg file. Images cannot be hand-drawn. A proof will be sent via email before it's printed on the tags.

New logo setups & reorders require a minimum of 50 tags per SKU & color ordered.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

AĀ USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.Ā  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.Ā Ā If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your stateā€™s Animal Health Commission.

PremisesĀ ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
