Product Description

USDA Maxi tag, size 4" high x 3" wide, button back is included. Your Management Code and your Logo, along with last 12 digits of the EID number printed on the front of 2 Maxi tamperproof tags. Half duplex EID tag with mgmt code and EID number printed on the front of the EID tag. EID number and management code are printed on the back of the EID button back.

Management code area is limited to 5 characters. Indicate a range or specific codes to print in the Management codes/range box above, or indicate if do not want any codes printed on the tags.

Note: Allflex is currently NOT accepting new logo setups. Logos that were previously setup with Allflex now require a 100 minimum tag order. Click here for details.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.

New logo: Upload an image - a photo/drawing, whatever you have! The image will be digitized and a proof will be sent via email before it's printed on the tags.
