USDA (840) Tamperproof Maxi Female visual tag. Size 4" high x 3" wide. Management code and line of text of your choosing, your logo and the EID number (same as EID number on EID tag) printed on front. Layout 43. Global small male back button with printed mgmt code included. HDX EID tag.

New logo: Upload a black & white digital image. The image must be a png or jpg file. Images cannot be hand-drawn. A proof will be sent via email before it's printed on the tags.

New logo setups & reorders require a minimum of 50 tags per SKU & color ordered.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
