Includes tissue sample unit, Maxi visual tag (4" high x 3" wide) with management code and your logo printed on the tag along with the EID number. Button back (included) has the EID number and also the management code. Includes USDA HDX EID tag. The management code area is limited to 5 characters.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.

New logo: Upload a black & white digital image. The image must be a png or jpg file. Images cannot be hand-drawn. A proof will be sent via email before it's printed on the tags.

New logo setups & reorders require a minimum of 50 tags per SKU & color ordered.

Allflex requires a minimum quantity of 50 tags per logo order.
