Includes tissue sample unit, Maxi visual tag (4" high x 3" wide) with management code and Line of Text along with the EID number. Button back (included) has the EID number and also the management code. Includes USDA HDX EID tag. The management code area is limited to 5 characters.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
