USDA Tamperproof Large Female tag, size3" high x 2 1/4" wide. Management code is printed with the last 4 digits of the EID and EID number (same EID number printed on EID tag) printed on front.Includes button back for visual tag and button back for the EID (with 840 number listed). Half duplex EID tag.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.
