USDA (840) Tamperproof Maxi Female visual tag. Size 4" high x 3" wide. Management code of your choosing, Neck line of text and EID number (same as EID number on EID tag) printed on front. Layout 3. Global small male back button with printed mgmt code included. HDX EID tag.

The management code is the largest number/code on the tag, such as a tag number. This is laser-engraved with an ink overlay for long-term readability.

Note that management code length is limited to 5 characters.

A USDA Premises ID is needed for ordering USDA tags.  A Premises ID is seven digits long, usually starting with "00" followed by five alphanumeric characters.  If you cannot find or do not have a Premises ID, contact the USDA or your state’s Animal Health Commission.

Premises ID is required for all USDA tag orders.
